Start a conversation.
Start a project inquiry with Primo AI Partners. Describe your situation and the outcome you're working toward.
The project inquiry form is the starting point for new Primo engagements. Visitors can describe the situation they are working in, the system or outcome they need, and any existing context from a service-level assessment or a configurator estimate. There is no commitment at the inquiry stage; the goal is to determine whether there is a practical fit for a scoped conversation.
After an inquiry is received, Primo reviews the information and follows up to understand the business need more clearly. If there is a fit, the next conversation defines what the project involves and what it does not. A proposal then records the scope, implementation details, pricing, and timeline before any work begins.
The form is deliberately the primary channel for new projects. If a visitor is not sure which level fits, the seven-question assessment provides a recommendation before asking for contact information. The à-la-carte configurator can also produce a starting estimate, but that estimate remains non-binding until the written scope and agreement are confirmed.
